November 18, 2016 - 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Terry Trueblood Lodge in Iowa City

At this all-day ACRL workshop, expert presenters, Megan Sapp Nelson (Purdue University) and Abigail Goben (University of Illinois at Chicago), will assist liaison librarians to identify existing research data management (RDM) skills and create a RDM learning plan customized for their subject disciplines; and share tools and tips to facilitate partnerships with faculty and other RDM service providers.

This workshop is free and open to all Iowa academic librarians, library school faculty and students. Box lunches will be provided.

Librarians interested in research data management are encouraged to attend, but attendees are not expected to have any previous experience with research data management.
