Jumping into the Digital

Eric Zimmer, PhD Candidate in History, describes the process through which the History Corps — with the help of The Studio — shifted to a new WordPress site, and explores strategies other scholars can use to efficiently and painlessly jump into digital mediums. Through the art of storytelling and open conversations, the History Corps is a website and listening program that demonstrates the value of the humanities in our everyday lives. We promote dialogue between the University of Iowa community and the state of Iowa.
