One of the target areas for Federal Stimulus money was developing broadband capacity at places like libraries. But not everyone is happy with how broadband is being defined, or how the money is being allocated.

The American Library Association’s (ALA) Washington Office is following the Senate debates.

Another issue is preserving Net Neutrality. Part of this includes allowing even the smallest content provider access to a level playing field. ALA is asking the FCC to continue promoting these issues.
